The Story Behind the Work

Lillian Victoria Ng is a speaker, coach, and storyteller whose work is shaped by an extraordinary journey of resilience, reinvention, and purpose.

As a Chinese American with deep roots in Taiwan, she brings a bicultural perspective and global mindset to everything she does. Early in her career as an entertainment executive, Lillian worked to bridge the US-Chinese film industry—using media as a platform not only to connect cultures, but to search for her father.

Behind the high performance and leadership roles, she carried trauma, identity conflict, and the weight of living a life that didn't feel fully hers. Faced with mounting challenges, Lillian turned to mentorship and personal development, surrounding herself with top industry mentors to learn, grow, and break through.

Everything changed when she met world-renowned mentor Bob Proctor. He introduced her to the power of paradigm shifts, decision-making, and identity transformation. Lillian rebuilt her mindset from the ground up—and stepped into a life aligned with her true calling.

Her experiences in entertainment and coaching have come full circle. Now, she harnesses the power of storytelling for healing, elevating leaders, and creating a positive impact that promotes global culture and unity.

Inspired by her life journey and her three sons, Lillian's mission is clear: to create meaningful impact through storytelling and raise a new generation of leaders equipped with the right tools to shape and lead the world.

She's also written a children's book, “Riches of Imagination - My Magnificent Mind,” to teach creativity and financial literacy, and serves on the board of TCVN, supporting startups and founders.
