Lillian Victoria Ng
Lillian Ng is a leadership coach, author, and keynote speaker who helps executives, entrepreneurs, and rising leaders break limiting beliefs, elevate their identity, and achieve measurable transformation. Her clients include leaders from Goldman Sachs, Chase, Deloitte, Hershey’s, and top real estate and financial organizations.
A Chinese American mother of three, Lillian brings a rare bicultural and global perspective shaped by her career in the US-Chinese film industry and mentorship under legendary performance coach Bob Proctor. She uses storytelling to drive identity shift, confidence building, and leadership growth.
